All ABOUT ME!!

My photo
Love myself I do. Not everything, but I love the good as well as the bad. I love my crazy lifestyle, and I love my hard discipline. I love my freedom of speech and the way my eyes get dark when I'm tired. I love that I have learned to trust people with my heart, even if it will get broken. I am proud of everything that I am and will become.

Why is it that honest people suffer?

The general grievance everywhere is that the innocent suffer at the hands of the vicious. That the honest are deceived and harassed while the dishonest exploit and prosper. The innocent are frustrated not knowing the reason for this paradox in life. The reason becomes obvious with a study of the inner personality of humans.
A careful analysis would reveal that the nature of human beings falls under two broad classifications. The aggressive and the passive. Each of these can further be classified as good and bad. Thus there are the aggressive good and aggressive bad persons. Likewise, the passive good and passive bad, as illustrated below:

The terms aggressive and passive herein have a particular connotation depending on the use or non use of the intellect. The mind and intellect are the two equipments that propel human activity. The physical body cannot act on its own. Actions proceed either from the mind or the intellect. A person would be classified as passive when he acts from feeling and emotion of the mind without the guidance of the intellect. And, the one who acts with his intellect governing the mind through reason and judgment would be classified as aggressive.
A passive person functioning from his mind’s feeling and emotion may be good or bad. He conducts himself either way, unaware of his goodness or badness. He merely manifests his good or bad impulses. His intellect is not sufficiently developed to examine the nature of his activities. He does not intend to be either good or bad. Thus there are passively good and passively bad persons.
In contrast to the passive, the aggressive function with the intellect. The aggressive also may be categorised as good or bad. An aggressively bad person is wilfully vicious, catering to his personal interests. He plans and schemes, manipulates and manoeuvres in his immoral, corrupt way of living. He breaks customs and traditions, rules and regulations, to feed his egocentric desires. The use of the intellect makes him more powerful to dominate over the passive good and bad.
Since the passive do not use the intellect and function directly from the mind, they succumb to the oppression of the aggressive bad. As opposed to the aggressive bad, the aggressive good is essentially benevolent. He uses his intellect to evaluate his role in life and act in the best interest of the community at large. He is charitably disposed, service oriented.
Study these four classifications of human nature. You will find that the honest suffer because of lack of use of the intellect. Operating at the level of the mind, the passive become victims of intellectual manipulations of the aggressive bad. The solution to this problem lies in the passive developing and using their intellect to turn into aggressive good persons. The aggressive bad dread the aggressive good. Aggressive goodness would therefore take care of all evil and corruption in the world. Not knowing this solution there is no attempt to develop, strengthen the intellect and promote aggressive goodness. Instead, people lead a passive life, complain of malpractices and suffer at the hands of the oppressors.

o    Thus to sum up , keeping all the benefits in mind ,the International Yoga Day has come into existence and is celebrated worldwide on the 21st of June to spread the awareness of the positive influences of yoga globally.
o    Yoga Day Speech For Kids - 2
o    Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word yuj. Yoga means union of the individual consciousness or soul with the Universal Consciousness or Spirit. It is a 5000 year old Indian body of knowledge. It is a system of raising your ability to perceive, to enhance and to realise your ultimate nature. Yoga is the most profound exploration of the very mechanics of life. It is a gift to humanity, and should be started early in life so the practitioner can reap the lifelong benefits of this ancient practice. There are some very important advantages to start yoga when you are young. The magical age is 8.
o    It is common knowledge that adults combat stress in many forms every day. But today’s children are as stressed as adults. Growing competition in schools and colleges, dealing with peer pressure, difficult stage of puberty, extracurricular activities and meeting parents’ and teachers’ expectations are very stressful for children. The best way you can cope with this pressure is by practicing yoga. The practice has a huge effect on your body and the systems that support it, like the nervous, respiratory and digestive systems. Yoga influences children’s emotions and behaviour; it has a positive effect on the mental state and aids creativity.
o    Just like you prepare the soil before you sow the seeds, you need to prepare the mind. As children you are very receptive at a tender age. Yoga will help you to keep yourself focussed, improve the quality of your memory and overall brain functions. The mind assumes many stages. Yoga can help you to transform the ‘quality of consciousness.’ This can only be achieved if you can stay focussed and retain information. Yoga for kids is gaining popularity these days. Yoga poses or asanas help kids with disabilities and many have shown immense improvements and positive results. Just keep in mind that you can only give your level best when you enjoy the asanas.
o    Some of the asanas beneficial for children are Pranayama, Tadasana, Uttanasana,Halasana, Bhujangasana,Vrikshasana,Ardhachandrasana,Trikonasana,Gomukhasana,UshtrasanaDhanurasana, Matsyasana, Naukasana and Marjariasana. Each of the above mentioned asanas have a positive effect on your body.

Thus you can see how beneficial yoga is and finally 21st June is declared as the International Yoga day by the U.N. General Assembly. Declaration was done after the call by the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi to the United Nations General Assembly on 27th of September in 2014 during his address to the UN General Assembly.

This new malware is stealing financial data from Android users in India

Two new sophisticated Android Banking trojan viruses are exploiting mobile users' behaviour in India to gain access to their confidential data, global IT security firm Quick Heal warned on Tuesday.

Security experts at Quick Heal Security Labs have detected "Android.Marcher.C" and "Android.Asacub.T" -- the two trojans that imitate notifications from popular social applications such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Skype, Instagram and Twitter as well as some of the leading banking apps in India.

By gaining access to incoming messages through administrative privileges, these
malware also allow hackers to bypass the two-factor OTP authentication typically used for securing online transactions in India, the researchers warned.

"Indian users often download unverified apps from third-party app stores and links sent through SMS and email. This gives hackers a lucrative opportunity to steal confidential information from unsuspecting users," said Sanjay Katkar, Co-founder and CTO, Quick Heal Technologies Limited.

"The fact that we've detected three similar malware in less than six months indicates that hackers are now targeting mobile users, who are far more vulnerable to sophisticated
phishing attacks," he added.

While "Android.Marcher.C" uses the
Adobe Flash Player icon to look like a genuine app, "Android.Asacub.T" mimics an Android Update icon.

Whenever users access an app on the database of these malware, they are tricked into entering sensitive information such as banking credentials, card details, and login IDs/passwords before they can continue using the app.

This is not the first time that Quick Heal Security Labs has detected such a malware.

The researchers previously raised an alert in January this year about a similar Android Banking Trojan.

Known as "Android.banker.A2f8a", the malware was distributed through a fake Flash Player on third-party app stores and mimicked more than 232 banking and cryptocurrency apps.

The security researchers have recommended Android users to avoid downloading apps through third-party app stores or through links provided in SMS and email.

"Always keep 'Unknown Sources' disabled, and verify app permissions before installing any app from official stores," the security firm said.

Users must also keep their Google Play Protect service always 'ON' and install a reliable mobile security app to detect and block fake/malicious apps, it added.

Next Apple Watch could get iPhone-like touch button

Apple is reportedly looking at ways to improve the design of its future Apple Watch models. The company could ditch the physical button on the Apple Watch for a solid state button similar to the one found on the new iPhone 8. While the shape and size of the touch button of future Apple Watch models is expected to be similar, instead of pressing it, users will just have to tap the touch surface. Apple will include a small Taptic Engine that will respond to touches.

Apple had recently announced its watchOS 5 for the Apple Watch at this year’s WorldWide Developers Conference (WWDC 2018). The new watchOS 5 adds features including Activity Sharing competitions, auto-workout detection, advanced running features, Walkie-Talkie, Apple Podcasts and third-party apps on the Siri watch face. Apple has also added Yoga and Hiking activities to the watchOS 5. Also, the Siri watch face will now show actionable content from third-party apps such as Nike+ Run Club, Glow Baby and Mobike. With watchOS 5, notifications from third-party apps can now have interactive controls and be used without needing to open the app.

Google may soon let you send text messages from desktop

Soon Google could give Android users an official method of texting back to their friends and family members right from the desktop. The first evidence of this feature was spotted last year as ‘SMS Connect’ on the Chrome OS. Now, some a set of codes have once again hinted on its existence. The code was found in Chromium Gerrit repository and is spotted by XDA Developers website.

The code explicitly mentions ‘CrOS Android Messages integration’, meaning that the SMS Connect feature will be available for
ChromeOS users and they can try it out.
How exactly will this new feature will work, is not yet known. But what is known is that there will be some sort of pairing process with the phone, something that could be similar to what Pushbullet offers or Allo’s desktop client. It is also not for sure when this feature will see the light of the day.

Google’s ChromeOS has quite a few OEMs under its umbrella now. In March this year, Acer launched its first ever ChromeOS-powered tablet aimed for students. The Acer Chromebook Tab 10 also comes with Wacom EMR stylus as well along with Google Expeditions AR.
On the specifications front, the tablet features a 9.7-inch QXGA (2048 x 1536 pixels) IPS touch display with 264 pixels per inch. There is a 2MP HD webcam at the front along with dual microphones. At the back there is a 5MP camera. Acer claims the Chromebook Tab 10 to deliver a battery life of up to nine hours.
Earlier this month Google rolled out ChromeOS 67 with material design 2.0, split screen support and some other features. The version also gets support for zipping files on Drive via the Files app, ability to install Progressive Web Apps as standalone apps and much more.

How else can you protect your Facebook data?

There really is only one way to make sure data we create on a daily basis remains entirely private, thinks Dr Bernal. "Leave Facebook."
"The incentive Facebook will have to protect people more will only come if people start leaving. Currently it has very little incentive to change," he told the BBC.
It seems he is not alone in his in the wake of the Cambridge Analytica scandal.
But Dr Bernal acknowledges that it is unlikely many will quit - especially those who see Facebook as "part of the infrastructure of their lives".
The less drastic option is deactivation, which stops an account from appearing in search results but gives the user the option to bring it back. It would stop future tracking but means all the information already collected will still be kept.
For those that decide deletion is the best option, users can head to the delete my account page, which explains that once gone, information cannot be retrieved.
The page is not easy to find on the site and requires quite a few steps:
§  From the top right of the blue bar, click the downward arrow
§  Select settings
§  Click General
§  Click Manage Account
§  Click Request Deletion
§  In the pop-up box, which is aimed at people who want to delete their account in the event of their death, click Learn More
§  Scroll down to the section headed Deleting Your Account and click on the link
Facebook advises users who delete their account to download a copy of their information before they delete it. They also warn users that the process can take up to 90 days, during which time the information is inaccessible to others using the platform.

Facebook privacy bug "affects 14 million users"

A software bug meant millions of Facebook users may have unknowingly posted private information to the public, the company has warned.
The glitch set a user’s post to be shared to "everyone", even if a user had previously chosen a more restricted option, such as “friends of friends”.
“We’d like to apologise for this mistake,” said Erin Egan, Facebook’s head of privacy.
Users who may have been affected will be notified on the site’s newsfeed.
"We recently found a bug that automatically suggested posting publicly when some people were creating their Facebook posts,” Ms Egan said.
"We have fixed this issue and starting today we are letting everyone affected know and asking them to review any posts they made during that time.
"To be clear, this bug did not impact anything people had posted before - and they could still choose their audience just as they always have. We’d like to apologise for this mistake."
The glitch was active between 18 and 22 May, a spokeswoman added, but it took the site until 27 May to switch posts back to private - or whatever the user had typically used before the bug became apparent.

what happened when the Netherlands PM Mark Rutte spilled coffee on the floor of the Dutch Parliament

With great power, comes great responsibilities – and Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutteproved how a leader should act. The Prime Minister was walking into the Dutch Parliament with his associates and accidently he spilled coffee on the floor.

Without giving a second thought, PM Rutte took the mop in his hand and started cleaning the floor. The video of him cleaning the floor went viral and is winning hearts on social media

https://twitter.com/twitter/statuses/1003963694986825729

The cleaning staff gave him a round of applause for his humble act, while netizens are giving him love from all corners of the world.

However, it looks like PM Rutte believes in the ‘Swaach’ philosophy. Earlier, Rutte was photographed parking a bicycle that he rode to work. He apparently had a meeting with King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands and he decided to ride to the Palace.

In fact, PM Rutte gifted his Indian counterpart, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a bicycle when he met him in 2017.
